Tongue Splitter
Getting set for spring, I hadn't brewed in entirely too long so I ordered two kits from Northern Brewer, this is the second of them for this weekend. I'm trying a different brown ale recipe as the base for Shelley's coffee brown this time.
Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. Simpson's Dark Crystal
- 1/4 lb. Chocolate Malt
- 1/4 lb. Weyermann CaraRed
- 1 lb. Golden Light Dry Malt Extract (60 min)
- 6 lb. Gold malt Syrup (late addition 15 min)
- 1 oz. Fuggle (60 min)
