Tongue Splitter

Getting set for spring, I hadn't brewed in entirely too long so I ordered two kits from Northern Brewer, this is the first of them for this weekend. I tried the slightly more economical dry yeast alternative for this kit. I've never used a dry yeast before so that's kind of a new thing.

Ingredients

• 6 lbs. Pilsen Malt Syrup
• 8 oz. Dingemans Caramel Pils
• 8 oz. Simpsons Caramalt
• 3/4 oz. Summit (60 min)
• 1 oz. Glacier (15 min)
• 1/2 oz. Cascade (10 min)
• 1/2 oz. Liberty (2 min)
• Safale S-33 Ale Yeast
• 1/2 oz. Cascade (dry hop)
• 1/2 oz. Liberty (dry hop)
