- 8 oz. Dingemans Caramel Pils
- 8 oz. Simpsons Caramalt
- 1 oz. Columbus (12.3% AA) (60 min)
- 1 oz. Glacier (7.4% AA) (15 min)
- 1 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA) (10 min)
- 1/2 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA) (knockout)
- 1/2 oz. Sterling (6.0% AA) (knockout)
- Wyeast #1332 Northwest Ale yeast
- 1/2 oz. Cascade (Dry Hop)
- 1/2 oz. Sterling (Dry Hop)
