Coffee Brown Ale
Getting back to brewing after a 14 month haitus. Starting out with an extract kit from Northern Brewer. This kit plus a pot of coffee at the end of the boil is something of a house beer around here.
Ingredients
- 7.5 lbs US 2 row
- 1/2 lb Chocolate Malt
- 1/4 lb Special B
- 1/4 lb Biscuit
- 1 oz. Challenger 60 min.
- 1 oz. Fuggle at knockout
- 1 pot strong black coffee at knockout
- Wyeast #1275 Thames Valley Ale Yeast
