10 Gallon Coffee Brown Ale
I'm making a big batch of coffee brown so we have it back as a house ale for a while.
Ingredients
- 15 lbs US 2 row
- 3/4 lb Chocolate Malt
- 3/4 lb Special B
- 3/4 lb Biscuit
- 2 oz. Challenger 60 min.
- 2 oz. Fuggle at knockout
- 2 pots strong black coffee at knockout
- Wyeast #1098 British Ale Yeast
