10 Gallon Belgian Wit
I'm making a Belgian Wit for Shelley's benefit. Should be done about when the baby is, then she'll be ready for a beer.
Ingredients
- 7 lbs US 2 row
- 7 lbs Durst Wheat
- 2 lbs Quaker Rolled Oats
- 1 oz. Sazz 60 min.
- 2 oz. Bitter Orange Peel 10 min.
- 2 oz. Coriander Seed 10 min.
- 1 oz. Sazz at knockout
- Wyeast #3944 Belgian Witbier Yeast
