Pale Ale

Spring is here. I need more pale ale for the long hot summer.

Ingredients

• 6 lbs. Pale Malt Syrup
• 1 lb. Carapils
• 4 oz. Special B
• 4 oz. Biscuit
• 4 oz. Special Roast
• 1 oz. Chinook Hop Pellets (60 min.)
• 1 oz. Cascade Hop Pellets (knockout)
• Wyeast #1056 American Ale Yeast
