Another kit from Northern Brewer. This was a Christmas gift from Cindy. Always a super tasty recipe

Ingredients

• 6 lbs. Pale Malt Syrup
• 4 oz. Dingemans Caramel Pils
• 4 oz. Simpsons Caramalt
• 1 oz. Nugget (60 min)
• 1 oz. Kent Goldings (15 min)
• 1/2 oz. Cascade (knockout)
• 1/2 oz. Mt. Hood (knockout)
• Wyeast #1332 Northwest Ale yeast
• 1/2 oz. Cascade (Dry Hop)
• 1/2 oz. Mt. Hood (Dry Hop)
