10 Gallon Pale Ale


I had a nasty experience this week. I tapped a keg of the Amber Ale and discovered that is was infected and nasty. First time that has ever happened to me. I'm still not sure what happened to it, the other 1/2 of that batch is just fine. To be on the safe side I replaced the plastic buckets I had been using for my primary fermenters.
