10 Gallon Fresh Hops Pale Ale

The flowers on my cascade bine are ready. I didn't get a whole lot of them this year (possibly didn't water enough during July), but I'll put them to good use in a batch of Pale Ale.

• 2 oz. Chinook Pellets (60 min)
• 1 oz. Cascade Pellets (0 min)
• 1.5 oz. Fresh Cascade Cones (0 min)
• Wyeast #1056 American Ale Yeast
