10 Gallon Mild Ale
This should be similar to the Mild I made last year, but I'm using a different yeast this time. The homebrew store didn't have #1275 in stock, so I'm using #1098 instead. Also, I'm making twice as much this time.
Ingredients
- 12 lbs US 2 row
- 1/4 lb Chocolate Malt
- 3/4 lb Amber Malt
- 3/4 lb Brown Malt
- 2 oz. Fuggle (60 min)
- Wyeast #1098 British Ale Yeast
