10 Gallon Coffee Brown Ale

I'm resuing the yeast from the 10 gallon pale ale. This should have us in good shape for having a good inventory of the house ales for quite a while now.

Ingredients

• 15 lbs US 2 row
• 1 lb Chocolate Malt
• 1/2 lb Special B
• 1/2 lb Biscuit
• 2 oz. Challenger 60 min.
• 2 oz. Fuggle at knockout
• 2 pots strong black coffee at knockout
• Wyeast #1056 American Ale Yeast
