10 Gallon Coffee Brown Ale
I'm resuing the yeast from the 10 gallon pale ale. This should have us in good shape for having a good inventory of the house ales for quite a while now.
Ingredients
- 15 lbs US 2 row
- 1 lb Chocolate Malt
- 1/2 lb Special B
- 1/2 lb Biscuit
- 2 oz. Challenger 60 min.
- 2 oz. Fuggle at knockout
- 2 pots strong black coffee at knockout
- Wyeast #1056 American Ale Yeast
