Porter
Hopefully, this will be the last time that I have to do an extract brew indoors this winter. Spring is around the corner and I have 100 lbs. of 2 row in my basement waiting to be brewed. But anyway, this time I've brewed a St. Paul Porter Kit from Northern Brewer.
Ingredients
- 6 lbs. Gold Malt Syrup
- 1 lb. Dark DME
- 1/2 lb. Chocolate Malt
- 1/2 lb. Dark Crystal
- 1 oz. Chinook Hop Pellets (60 min)
- 1 oz. Cascase Hop Pellets (knockout)
- Wyeast #1187 Ringwood Ale Yeast
