IPA

Making Northern Brewer's Extract IPA kit. I've had it before and it was excellent.

Ingredients

• 9.3 lbs Gold Liquid Malt Extract
• 1 lb. CaraMalt
• 1 oz. Nugget Hop Pellets (60 min)
• 1 oz. Fuggle Hop Pellets (30 min)
• 1 oz. Kent Goldings Hop Pellets (10 min)
• 1 oz. Fuggle Hop Pellets (0 min)
• Wyeast #1275 Thames Valley Ale Yeast
