Coffee Brown Ale
Another coffee brown ale at Shelley's request. I'm trying to keep this on tap for Shelley all of the time now.
Ingredients
- 6 lbs. Gold Malt Syrup
- 4 oz. Simpson's Chocolate
- 4 oz. Special B
- 4 oz. Biscuit
- 4 oz. Special Roast
- 1 oz. Challenger Hops (60 min.)
- 1 oz. Fuggle (knockout)
- 1 pot strong black coffee to secondary
- Wyeast #1028 London Ale Yeast
