Mild Ale

This is another batch of mild ale from the NB kit. It's a very easy drinking beer with just a little bit of dark malt flavor in it.

Ingredients

• 3.3 lbs. Amber Malt Syrup
• 1 lb. Amber DME
• 1.5 oz. Chocolate Malt
• 4 oz. Amber Malt
• 4 oz. Brown Malt
• 1 oz. Fuggle (60 min.)
• Wyeast #1275 Thames Valley Ale Yeast
