In preparation for summer I've ordered a witbier kit from Northern Brewer. I've made this recipe in both extract and all grain forms a couple of times and it's always good.
I had a bit of trouble with this batch, the runoff was especially slow due to the Oats and Wheat in the mash. With patience it did eventually all come through. Then I was bothered with more slowness at the end due to coriander seeds getting jammed in my raking cane. As a result it took a very long time to transfer from the kettle to the primary.
