Pale Ale

Hooray for spring!! The weather was beautiful today and I was able to brew outside for the first time this season. This means that all grain brewing is back in play. I made my usual pale ale recipe.

Ingredients

• 9 lbs. American 2 row
• 1 lb. CaraPils
• 1 oz. Chinook (60 min.)
• 1 oz. Cascade (0 min.)
• Wyeast #1056 American Ale Yeast
