Coffee Brown Ale

Another coffee brown ale at Shelley's request. From the looks of it, I'm going to have to make this a house ale. This time it's an extract batch.

Ingredients

• 6 lbs. Gold Malt Syrup
• 4 oz. Simpson's Chocolate
• 4 oz. Special B
• 4 oz. Biscuit
• 4 oz. Special Roast
• 1 oz. Callenger Hops (60 min.)
• 1 oz. Fuggle (knockout)
• 1 pot strong black coffee to secondary
• Wyeast #1028 London Ale Yeast
