Pale Ale
Another batch of pale ale. This time I remembered to order some grain bags. That made things a bit easier with the whole grain steeping operation.
Ingredients
- 6 lbs Pale Liquid Malt Extract
- 1 lb. Carapils
- 1 oz. Chinook Hop Pellets (60 min)
- 1 oz. Cascade Hop Pellets (0 min)
- Wyeast #1056 Yeast
