Tongue Splitter

I purchased the all grain Tongue Splitter Ale kit from Northern Brewer again. It's been tasty in the past and I'm looking forward to having it again. It was a nice day for brewing, probably one of the last chances that I'll have for doing all grain out of doors this year.

Ingredients

• 9 lbs. American 2 row
• 1/2 lb. Dingemans Caramel Pils
• 1/2 lb. Simpsons Caramalt
• 1oz. Nugget (60 min)
• 1oz. Kent goldings (15 min)
• 1/2 oz. Cascade (knockout)
• 1/2 oz. Mt. Hood (knockout)
• 1/2 oz. Cascade (dry hop)
• 1/2 oz. Mt. Hood (dry hop)
• Wyeast #1332 Northwest Ale Yeast
