Mild Ale
I made this batch from a Northern Brewer extract with specialty grains kit. The yeast for this batch suffered a similar fate as the yeast for the Porter. I ended up ordering another pack just to be sure and pitched both.
Ingredients
- 0.125 lbs. Beeston's Chocolate
- 0.25 lbs. Crisp Amber Malt
- 0.25 lbs. Crisp Brown Malt
- 3.3 lbs. Amber Malt Syrup
- 1 lb Amber DME
- 1 oz. Fuggle (60 min.)
- Wyeast #1275 Thames Valley Ale Yeast
