Mild Ale

I made this batch from a Northern Brewer extract with specialty grains kit. The yeast for this batch suffered a similar fate as the yeast for the Porter. I ended up ordering another pack just to be sure and pitched both.

Ingredients

• 0.125 lbs. Beeston's Chocolate
• 0.25 lbs. Crisp Amber Malt
• 0.25 lbs. Crisp Brown Malt
• 3.3 lbs. Amber Malt Syrup
• 1 lb Amber DME
• 1 oz. Fuggle (60 min.)
• Wyeast #1275 Thames Valley Ale Yeast
