Coffee Brown Ale
Another brown ale at Shelley's request. This time she wants a coffee flavor in it, so I'll oblidge and make it that way.
Ingredients
- 7.5 lbs US 2 row
- 1/2 lb Chocolate Malt
- 1/4 lb Special B
- 1/4 lb Biscuit
- 1 oz. Challenger 60 min.
- 1 oz. Fuggle at knockout
- 1 pot strong black coffee at knockout
- Wyeast #1275 Thames Valley Ale Yeast
