Pale Ale
Back from my trip to Utah. I'm in a brewing kind of mood. Another batch of the Pale Ale. Gotta get the supply built back up. It's been a long hot summer and I need to make beer so that I can drink beer.
Ingredients
- 8 lbs US 2 row
- 1 lb Carapils
- 1 oz. Chinook 60 min.
- 1 oz. Cascades at knockout
- Wyeast #1056 American Ale Yeast
