Pale Ale

Another day, another batch of Long Dog Pale Ale. Shelley and Megan were out of town, so I used Saturday morning to make another batch of my usual Pale Ale. Always tasty.

Ingredients

• 8 lbs US 2 row
• 1 lb Carapils
• 1 oz. Chinook 60 min.
• 1 oz. Cascades at knockout
• Wyeast #1056 American Ale Yeast
