Honey Brown Ale
I made an extract version of this Northern Brewer kit back in march. Shelley really likes it, so I've decided to make another doing all grain since the weather has improved greatly in the meantime and brewing out of doors is now the prefered method.
Ingredients
- 8 lbs US 2 row
- 4 oz. Crisp Chocolate
- 4 oz. Dingemans Special B
- 4 oz. Dingemans Biscuit
- 4 oz. Briess special Roast
- 1 oz. Kent Goldings 60 min.
- 1 oz. Kent Goldings 15 min.
- 1 lb. Clover Honey added at end of boil
- Wyeast #1056 American Ale Yeast
